A Webinar is convenient way to be trained without having to travel. All you need is a telephone line and internet access. After signing up, you will receive an e-mail with all the instructions you need to join the class.

To participate, you’ll need the following system requirements:

  • You will need to be on your personal and/or office computer.
  • Internet access: 56k is supported; however hi-speed internet such as DSL or Cable is preferred.
  • Internet Browsers: Internet Explorer 5.0 or later, Netscape Navigator 6.0 or later (and Netscape Navigator 4.75 for Windows 95) or Mozilla Firefox 1.0 or later.
  • A phone line for the audio portion.
