Realist Tax Realist Tax combines MRMLS, Public Record data, Mapping, and Marketing Information Data into a single tool! IDX (Public Property Search)
The IDX Public Property Search allows agents and brokers to offer property searches to their clients by designating an area on their websites that is powered by an MRMLS link. More advanced users can customize a download from a RETS server. The coverage area for the frameable link has been expanded to include listings from CLAW, iTech, SoCal, and Southland Regional Multiple Listing Services. The coverage area via RETS will expand to these areas in Summer of 2008.

MRMLS Webinar Training (Webinar = Web Based Seminar) MRMLS Webinar is an accelerated online lecture style training class. This means you won’t have to drive anywhere to take an MRMLS training class. All you need is a telephone line and internet access to attend a class.

Online Training Videos Online videos provide a flexible learning method for MRMLS Members. All you need is an internet connection and you can view the training videos online at anytime you want.

Online Manuals MRMLS system training manuals provide extensive documentation in a user friendly format. There are plenty of pictures to help demonstrate all the system functions. Training manuals can be downloaded using Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Live Classroom Training All classes are free of charge and taught at your local Board or Association of REALTORS®. Training classes are speaker led using a projector and are taught by an experienced MRMLS Systems Trainer. Training manuals are provided to all participants.

Input Forms MRMLS Listing Input Forms are available for download. Listing input forms can be printed for MRMLS Members whenever listings are added to MRMLS Matrix.
